Call Me Now

Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms apply when you visit a Call Me Now page or send a request through a Call Me Now form, including a form placed on another business's website. Call Me Now is operated by Richard Loek, a sole proprietor doing business as The AMAZING Rick. Businesses that use the service also agree to our Business Terms of Service.

What the form does

When you send a request, it goes to the business named on the form, which is alerted so it can contact you. That business, not us, decides whether and how to respond and is responsible for its own services, prices and advice. We do not guarantee that a business will contact you or that it will provide what you asked for.

Some follow-up questions on the form, and the notes the business sees, are written by AI from what you typed. They are not advice to you.

Sample pages

A page marked "Sample only" is a preview prepared for the business it names. It may not have been approved by that business, it is not listed in search engines, and a request sent through it may reach only the business's preview.

Contacting you

By sending a request you agree that the business may call and email you about it. Texts need your separate agreement on the form, described in our SMS Terms. Agreeing is not a condition of purchase. You can stop the follow-up email with the link in it, stop texts by replying STOP, and ask the business not to contact you again.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and the choices you have.

Using the service fairly

Please do not send requests for someone else without their permission, give false contact details, send spam, use automated tools to submit forms, try to get around our security checks, or use the service for anything unlawful.

Ownership

The Call Me Now software and design belong to us. Each business's name, logo and content belong to that business.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything a business does or does not do after receiving your request. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, unless the law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
