Business Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms apply to a business ("you") that uses Call Me Now, operated by Richard Loek, a sole proprietor doing business as The AMAZING Rick ("we"). They apply to the free demo and to a paid plan. A paid plan also has a signed agreement that states its price and billing; if that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.
The service
We provide a request page for your business (or a form for your own website), alerts to your phone and email when a request arrives, a short AI-written brief for each request, a confirmation and one follow-up email to each person on your behalf, and your response-time numbers. A free demo runs for 48 hours, then pauses; its information is deleted 30 days later unless you start a paid plan.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, and review your page before it goes live. We may draft it with AI from your website; you are responsible for what it says once you approve it.
- Contact people only about the request they sent, and follow the laws that apply to you, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, do-not-call rules, calling hours, and the laws of your state and of the person's state. Each request shows the person's state and a safe calling window that meets the strictest state rules we know of (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM their time, no Sundays or holidays, at most 3 calls in 24 hours); calling outside it is your decision and your responsibility.
- Make any registration your state, or the person's state, requires of businesses that call or text people (for example, Texas requires many businesses that make telephone solicitations to register).
- Text only people who agreed to texts. The app shows the Text button only for them. Stop texting anyone who replies STOP or asks you to stop in any way.
- Honor every request not to be contacted. Use "Asked not to be contacted" in the app, and do not contact that person again.
- Do not record calls with the people who contact you unless everyone on the call agrees first; California requires all parties' consent. Call Me Now does not record calls.
- If your industry is licensed or regulated (for example mortgage or insurance), provide your license details and required disclosures, and do not use the service for anything your license does not allow. We do not offer the service to healthcare providers.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
Your leads and their data
The requests your page receives are yours. We process them only on your behalf, as your service provider, and we:
- use them only to provide the service to you, and for no other purpose;
- do not sell them, share them for advertising, or combine them with other businesses' data, and never contact your leads for our own purposes;
- keep them confidential and secure, and use only the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, under contracts that hold them to the same limits;
- help you respond to people who ask to see, correct or delete their information;
- give you a copy (CSV) of your leads on request, and erase their details when you ask or when the service ends, keeping only a do-not-contact record (the request date, the consent record, and one-way fingerprints) so no one who asked is contacted again.
We will tell you if we can no longer meet these obligations, and you may take reasonable steps to stop unauthorized use.
AI
Briefs, call notes, suggested questions and drafted pages are written by AI. They can be wrong. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and you decide what to say and do.
Fees, automatic renewal and cancellation
The demo is free and never turns into a paid plan on its own. A paid plan's price and billing period are stated in the agreement you sign before you pay. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at that price, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, in one step: tap "Cancel my plan" in the owner app, or email rickloek+cmn-privacy@gmail.com or call (888) 535-7425. There are no cancellation fees and no questions. Cancellation stops renewal immediately; you will not be charged again. We confirm it by email right away. Your page and alerts stay on until the end of the period you already paid for.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but alerts depend on phone networks and push services we do not control. Always keep another way to see new requests (the app's inbox and the alert email).
Ending the service
Either of us may end the service. We may suspend it at once if it is being used unlawfully or in breach of these terms. When it ends, you may ask for a copy of your leads within 30 days; after that their details are erased.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for claims that arise from how you contact people or from the content you approve.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email for a paid plan. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
