Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
Call Me Now is a service operated by Richard Loek, a sole proprietor doing business as The AMAZING Rick ("we", "us"). It gives small businesses a request form and alerts their owner's phone the moment someone asks for a call. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Whose information this is
- If you sent a request to a business through its page or a form on its website, that business decides how to follow up with you. We handle your information on its behalf, as its service provider, under the rules below.
- If you sent a request to Call Me Now itself (for example from our home page), or you are a business owner using the service, we are the business responsible for your information.
What we collect
- What you type in a request form: your first name, phone number, email address, the state you are in, what you need help with, and your answers to the form's questions.
- Your consent: which consent wording you agreed to (calls and email, and separately texts if you ticked that box), when, and the internet address (IP address) you sent it from. We keep this as proof of what you agreed to.
- Where the form was: the business's page, or the website address of the site the form was placed on.
- Security signals: your IP address, used to limit repeated submissions, and the result of Cloudflare's automated check that you are a person, which looks at your browser and device.
- From business owners: name, email, business details, sign-in codes (stored only in a scrambled, one-way form), a sign-in cookie, and, if you turn on alerts, the address your phone gives us for delivering notifications.
- How the service is used: our own records of events such as a form being started, an alert being sent, and when the owner first contacted the person. These are kept in our own database and are not shared with advertisers.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, payment details, account numbers, government ID numbers, dates of birth, or health information.
How we use it
- To deliver your request to the business you contacted and alert its owner by phone and email.
- To show the business the calling rules for the state you are in, so it contacts you only at permitted times.
- To send you a confirmation email and, if the business has not reached you, one follow-up email.
- To prepare a short summary of your request for the business owner and to suggest one or two follow-up questions on the form (see "Artificial intelligence").
- To prevent spam and abuse, keep the service secure, and fix problems.
- To show businesses how quickly they respond to requests.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
Artificial intelligence
The words you type are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to suggest follow-up questions on the form and to write a short summary and call notes for the business owner. These are read by the owner; they are not decisions about you. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, information sent through its service is not used to train its AI models.
Who helps us (service providers)
We use these companies only to run the service, under contracts that limit what they may do with your information:
- Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage, United States).
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) (sending email; your name and email are kept there as a contact, labelled with the business you contacted).
- Anthropic (the AI described above).
- Cloudflare (the automated check that a form is being sent by a person).
- Apple, Google and Mozilla push services (they carry phone alerts to the business owner in encrypted form).
Sharing
We share your information only with the business you contacted, with the service providers above, and when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Mobile numbers and text messages: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
Call Me Now does not send text messages. You can separately agree that the business may text you about your request from its own phone; it is never required to send a request. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. See our SMS Terms.
Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies the service needs: one that keeps a business owner signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or session recording, and we do not track you across other websites. Because of that, "Do Not Track" signals and Global Privacy Control signals do not change what we do: we already do not sell or share your information. The automated person check is provided by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- For a free demo, your details are erased 30 days after the demo ends, unless the business becomes a paying customer.
- For a paying business, while it uses the service, and erased 30 days after it stops.
- When you, or the business, ask for your information to be deleted, we erase your name, phone number, email address and what you wrote. We keep only the date of the request, which consent wording you agreed to and when (proof that you asked to be contacted), and a scrambled one-way fingerprint of your phone number and email, so that you are never contacted again. The record is marked "Do not contact".
- Erased information leaves our backups within 7 days.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted;
- stop the follow-up email with the link in that email;
- stop texts by replying STOP, or by telling the business or us in any way;
- ask a business not to contact you again.
To make a request, email rickloek+cmn-privacy@gmail.com or call (888) 535-7425. We will confirm the request comes from you (or from someone you have authorized) before acting on it, respond within 45 days, and not treat you differently for using these rights. If your request concerns a business you contacted, we will work with that business to complete it.
California residents
- In the last 12 months we collected the categories listed under "What we collect": identifiers (name, phone, email, IP address), the content of your request, and internet activity on our forms. We used them for the purposes listed above and disclosed them only to the business you contacted and our service providers.
- You may ask to know, delete, or correct your personal information, as described above, and you may use an authorized agent.
- We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; we do not knowingly sell or share information of anyone under 16.
- Shine the Light: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
- We do not use sensitive personal information for anything beyond providing the service.
Children
The service is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Everything travels over encrypted connections. Each business's information is kept separate from every other business's, sign-in codes are stored only in a scrambled form, access is limited to the operator, and backups are tested. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so on our home page before it takes effect.
